Rules of Golf & Rule 4.3

BullzEye is built for practice, coaching, and casual rounds — environments where the player benefits from green-reading guidance, line recommendations, and shot-by-shot stroke feedback. In the current version of the application, all session data is processed locally on the player's iPhone; the application does not transmit putting data, session telemetry, recommendations, or device output to any other player, caddie, or remote system during play. The only information that may leave the device is standard crash and diagnostic data sent to Apple if you have enabled crash reporting through TestFlight or iOS; that data is technical diagnostics only and does not include your putting data, session telemetry, or the application's recommendations. The application's live output is private to the operator of the device on which it runs. Future versions may introduce optional account-based features (such as cross-device session history or subscription services); when they do, this Terms of Service will be updated and you will be notified before any such feature is enabled for your account.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of BullzEye complies with the Rules of Golf published by the United States Golf Association (USGA) and The R&A, including but not limited to Rule 4.3 ("Use of Equipment"). Rule 4.3a(3) prohibits a player, during a stipulated round, from using a device to obtain information that helps the player choose a club, make a stroke, or determine how to play. Using BullzEye to obtain green-reading, line, or aim/pace recommendations during a stipulated round — any competitive round operated under the Rules of Golf — is a violation of Rule 4.3. Do not use the application during stipulated rounds in tournaments, qualifying rounds, handicap-posting rounds played under tournament conditions, or any other round in which compliance with the Rules of Golf is required. BullzEye intends the application strictly for practice, training, instruction, and casual rounds where the Rules of Golf are not in force or have been waived by the relevant rules committee.
